We have a strong opinion that the word “Digital” is used too broadly and with an air of optimistic salvation. Digital is really just the next technology-oriented business transformation buzz word (many of us easily flash back to the eCommerce boom some 19 years ago). The breakdown of how to approach company-wide digital transformation is really about an entity’s entire enterprise, including (at its core) its people.
